Excellent customer service 👏 All the staff are very helpful, polite, and friendly with very good approach to the kids. We have been yesterday for a first time with my two kids. They had excellent training, and we became members straight away. Very friendly environment. We felt very safe with the climbing. High recommended 👌

Wonderful place to boulder. Very chill and friendly. The place is large and grabs are continuously changed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes and they told me everything I needed to know + ordered one for for a good price too. P.s their coffee is not bad at all ;)

I would recommend for this place to only allow liquid chalk. It is already done in many boulder places. The air is charged, you can see it and you can feel it after spending a time there. Good place though

My son went here for his friend's birthday party, at first he didn't want to do it as he was scared but with a bit of persuading he decided to give it a try. He has cerebral palsy so finds things hard but Scott a member of staff that works there saw my son struggling and came straight over to him. He showed him how to land properly and built his confidence up enough to get him to climb the wall. Scott was amazing with our son and we honestly can't thank him enough for what he did. We are planning on going back as the experience was outstanding. Would highly recommend

Great bouldering venue. I've been there a dozen times, and the routes change regularly. It can get busy, but it's such a large venue that there's always climbing space. The staff are amazing, very helpful, and always seem happy ( must be a climbing thing). You can hire shoes or bring your own. Free car park and on-site cafe.

Such an amazing community! This place fully welcomed me and my very limited climbing experience with friendly faces and an excellent mixture of climbs to cater to every ability. I am just finishing the level 2 breakthrough course with Lobke which has given me so many new skills and a significant amount of confidence to progress my climbing-cannot recommend highly enough :)

Very disappointing I was a member here for roughly 4 months and I couldn’t help notice a weird clique amongst the staff. Some of them would look right through me like I’m not there. One time I was just about to climb and 3 staff members who were taking some time to climb appeared in-front of me with their backs to me and start talking amongst themselves about a route on the wall that I was about to climb. In my way like I’m not there. THEY WERE STAFF! I don’t know what I did to upset them. Some staff members were very very friendly. But overall not the lovely welcoming climbing community that I know and love. I hope the vibe there changes but if you can get to London, climb there. P.S. I was also double charged one month even though it was supposedly a direct debit (odd) but I rang the bank and got it back.

It’s a great venue for an amazing fun like the adventurous sport of climbing.You have a great selection of huddles on the fun wall and also for free style. They also have options for kid’s birthday party with a good selection of food items in their party menu.It’s a good party hall for a group of upto 30 people. The staff were very friendly and good at giving safety instructions prior to funwall. They are people friendly and supportive to ensure safety of kids.Cafe also has a good collection of hot and cold drinks.Parking is available at the venue.
